Bailey Hills is a 4-acre estate on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford, on the border of Hertfordshire & Essex. Our small family run estate is focused on quality traditional method sparkling wine. The estate consists of the three champagne varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
We are open Thursdays to Saturdays, and provide tours and tastings. Our brand new tasting room is attached the winery so you are able to see the whole process, from vine to bottle.
